Practice

• You’ll likely enjoy the “social” aspect of worship, Bible Study, and prayer because you enjoy connecting with people.
• In a small group or worship setting, your ability to connect with others will help new people feel welcome.
• Help people put teams together. You may be a valuable asset in a new initiative to win people over to participate.
• Study the missionary journeys of Paul, the places he visited, and the people he met. As you learn about him you may also learn about yourself. Or, study the Gospels and identify the ways Jesus connected with people.

Engage

• Utilize your network to be a blessing to others.
• Help people connect and build relationships with people and causes that match their skills, abilities, and interests.
• Your network can be invaluable in challenging situations. Mobilize your network to respond when there is a disaster, a cause, or a person who needs help.
• Help people take a step of faith to places they wouldn’t normally go. Your ability to win others over can cut across cultural differences.
